Private yoga sessions for individuals, couples, or families are available at this time either virtually via Zoom or FaceTime, or in person outdoors, using social distancing measures. 

 The benefits of private yoga sessions are numerous. Personal attention to proper alignment, safe practices when returning to yoga after injury, designing or starting a home yoga practice, building strength, beginning a meditation practice, creating a sequence for relaxation and a better response to stress, or as guided quality time with your family or spouse.
