Do you want to rediscover and embrace your personal strength as you move into the most powerful season of your life?

Join wellness leaders Renée Balyoz, M.Ed., ERYT-500 and Dr. Katrina Robinson for this special evening planned just for you.

This Women’s Circle is designed to EMPOWER and SUPPORT women who are in the beginning, middle, or ending phases of menopause. These are pre-menopause, peri-menopause, and menopause.

LEARN about the stages of menopause and how natural interventions can assist you and ALLEVIATE symptoms.

EXPERIENCE a combined yoga practice of SOOTHING postures and guided breathing practice.

LISTEN and SHARE with other women during our honest, authentic, open guided dialogue about these stages and our experiences as we move through them.

What past participants are saying:

“Renée is a consistently excellent yoga instructor, and that is especially evident in her menopause workshop. Her passion for women’s empowerment is palpable, and she creates a peaceful, nourishing environment where we, as women, can comfortably and honestly discuss our unique and shared experiences during this phase of our lives. Renée’s research, preparation, and expertise ensured the experience was fact based, while allowing for personal reflection and exploration. The yoga practice itself was both strengthening and restorative. I left feeling excited about possibilities for the future and relieved to be connected with a supportive group of women, especially Renée.”

Your retreat leaders:

Renée Balyoz, M.Ed., has nearly 1000 hours of yoga training, and seven years of teaching experience. Her purpose is to help women feel stronger, calmer, and more resilient through habits of self care. She is passionate about helping people improve their lives through movement, nutrition, and wellness skills that promote healthful, empowered living. Her own yoga practice, careful self-observation, proper nutrition, exercise, and acupuncture has helped her to ease the symptoms of peri-menopause. Renée works as a public health educator at the Poe Center For Health Education.

Dr. Katrina Robinson:

I'm passionate about sharing stories, wisdom, initiative gifts, and laughter, while creating a safe community, in which we can share and learn from each other on topics regarding our health and wellbeing.

I have a Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy & Holistic Medicine.

I’ve also earned a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with and additional training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

You can often find me beach side, walking my dog, enjoying nature, E-skateboarding the neighborhood, being mom to a twelve-year-old lady or traveling to Italy with my hubby.
