The 2024 FALL YOGA SEASON Begins September 3rd!
Fall Season Dates: 9/3-10/15
Register below to join us Tuesdays at 6pm
800 N. Blount St., Raleigh
Outdoor yoga class with either Renée or Will surrounded by fruit trees, flowering plants and the current crop. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use. Pre-registration is required for capacity limits. A portion of your payment goes back into RCF operation!
Your Instuctors:
Renée: ERYT-500, M.Ed. Renée strives to create a yoga experience that is a balance of movement, alignment, breathing practice, and self-study. For beginners, one of these might stand out more than the others, but for advanced practitioners, the goal is to leave class having experienced all four. The goal is to learn how to use the yoga mat as a practice for life, and to practice what you learn on the yoga mat in your everyday life as well.
Will: RYT-200, RD. Will’s classes use a variety of fun and interesting asanas to link breath to movement. There is a heavy focus on balance and longer holds to practice mindfulness and present moment awareness. Expect to leave class feeling relaxed yet energized and ready to breathe through your day!
