The Midlife Health Pathway

The Menopause Clarity Session is designed to explore deeper into your health history, create goals, and explore which program is the best fit for you. $110.

Packages range from $480 for a Reset Package to $400/ monthly for a full year of support.

Most women begin with the 3-month Hormone Harmony Program.

One-on-one session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

 

What does working with me look like?

This depends on your schedule. It could be a combination of in-person and Zoom sessions.

In our Clarity Session, we will determine which style of coaching will be most effective for your personality, and go from there.

My purpose is to work with you to create a short list of goals that are feasible for you to work on with me. Depending on the types of problems that you have, we will determine a reasonable length of time needed to accomplish those goals.

We will regularly check in to track progress, and revise your goals as needed.

Life happens! Sometimes goals need to be modified because of things that come up. Your goals aren’t meant to add additional stress.

The goals we create together will be Specific, Doable, Realistic, and Appropriate for where you are right now.
