    I am passionate about supporting women who are moving into the wisdom phase of their life. This is called peri-menopause. The emphasis is moving away from motherhood, towards finding your inner strength and wisdom. Changes in the body can be stressful and ungrounding, and women need practices, connection, and support during this time to move into their highest power.

  • Youth Wellness

    Children and teens are exposed to more stimulation and stress in today’s world. Yoga classes, Mother-Daughter events, Girls Circles, Teacher Workday Retreats are offered to guide young people into habits of self-care, self-awareness of the changes in their bodies and emotions, self-control, physical strength, flexibility, confidence, and much more.
